COVID-19 UPDATE

Hello everyone, we hope that you are well and safe and coping with the adjustments to everyday life.

We wish we had better news for you but, as you know Covid-19 continues to spread. As we’re sure you will agree, it’s of paramount importance that we keep our warehouse team and office team safe.

So, we have taken further precautions to protect our teams and their families. Unfortunately, these precautions are having a knock-on effect and slowing down dispatch times.

A few months ago before the outbreak of COVID-19 we took the decision to move our warehouse, this happened from the 15th-27th of March, at the time we were never predicting what would then follow in these months, the timing was not the best but we were committed to the move. The new dispatch warehouse was opened on the 25th March and our team went straight to work dispatching all the back orders, the last one leaving on 28th March. We apologize for any delays this has cause with you receiving your order.

We are working hard to get your orders to you (we understand how important, now more than ever it is) but deliveries will be subject to delays

As soon as you order has been prepared and dispatch you can track it in your personal area under my orders enter the tracking number at: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and keep an eye for your delivery update. You can now even change the date or tell the postman that your house is in total lockdown and leave your parcel in a safe place.

While we do expect some delays, we asked for your patience while we work hard to ensure that you receive your order as close to your delivery window as possible.
